Holidays Around the World is Adding More Food and Drink options

It's the most wonderful time of the year! It is officially the holiday season (in my house and at Walt Disney World). One of the most delightful ways to spend the holiday season is to sample all the tasty holiday treats found all around World Showcase in Epcot! This year, Holidays Around the World is adding more food and drink options for the winter celebration.

Holidays around the World runs from November 25 - December 30, 2016. Here's just a sampling of some of the items you'll find at the five new marketplaces:
  • Prost! in Germany will serve an artisan cheese plate, sauerbraten with red cabbage and spätzle.
  • American Holiday Table in American Adventure Pavilion will have slow-roasted turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce.
  • Alpine Haus between France and Morocco will serve cheese fondue in a bread bowl with fresh steamed vegetables.
  • Seasonal Southern Delights near World Showcase Plaza will dish out blackened catfish with white cheddar grits with okra.
  • Feast of Three Kings Feast near World Showcase Plaza will serve Three Kings Bread.

Also as a part of Holidays Around the World at Epcot, Candlelight Processional returns to present the story of Christmas in truly spectacular fashion – with a celebrity narrator, a 50-piece orchestra and a mass choir.
A few months ago, we shared a preview of the narrators scheduled for this favorite Walt Disney World® Resort tradition.
