New Entertainment at United Kingdom Pavilion in Epcot!

If you are headed to the Walt Disney World® Resort, you can now enjoy a new sound on the streets of the United Kingdom pavilion as the band Quickstep has made their at Epcot® debut!

Quickstep now at Epcot!

Quickstep is a four-member group whose authentic songs draw from Scottish, English and Irish traditions. Their lively, acoustic performances feature fiddle, flute, highland bagpipes, a traditional Irish frame drum and more. Quickstep performs every Wednesday-Sunday, just off the High Street along Tudor Lane at the United Kingdom pavilion at Epcot.

New Dining Experiences Coming to Disneyland Park in February 2016

Two new dining experiences are coming to Disneyland® Park in 2016!

River Belle Terrace will become a table-service location, serving lunch and dinner beginning Feb. 10, 2016. The menu will feature Southern barbecue staples like ribs, chicken, as well as sustainable seafood, and enticing starters and sides.  Plus, new signature desserts will also be available. Reservations for River Belle Terrace will open soon.

Mickey Mouse pancakes are moving!

Also in Frontierland, Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante will begin serving breakfast beginning Feb. 2, 2016. Here, Guests can enjoy some favorites from the old River Belle Terrace menu, like the famous Mickey Mouse pancakes, as well as new Mexican-inspired breakfast entrees. Breakfast will be available until 11:30 a.m. every morning before switching to the lunch and dinner menu at noon.

New Signature Restaurant Coming to Disney's Animal Kingdom!

I recently shared the new nighttime experience “Rivers of Light” at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park which will debut in the spring of 2016.  Today, we’re excited to share a look at another new addition to the park – Tiffins Restaurant.

Featuring a diverse menu drawing from places that inspired the creation of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Tiffins will celebrate the art of traveling. Open for both lunch and dinner, the new restaurant will include waterfront views from comfortable indoor and outdoor seating areas. “Tiffin” is an Indian English word for a midday meal or a type of container used to carry food while traveling.

Tiffins is planned to open in spring 2016 along with “Rivers of Light” and Sunset Kilimanjaro Safaris – another new nighttime adventure that will allow Guests to travel through the African savanna amid the orange glow of the setting sun.
