Brunch Now Available at Lamplight Lounge at Disney California Adventure Park

On Saturdays and Sundays, Lamplight Lounge at Disney California Adventure is now serving up brunch in the downstairs dining room. Sit back and relax while they taking in the views of Pixar Pier and indulge in a delicious brunch menu featuring a variety of unique dishes and cocktails. 

One of the favorite dishes on the menu is the Indulgent French Toast with cinnamon-brown sugar challah bread, Irish cream whip, maple syrup, and macerated berries garnished with a crunchy piece of house-made almond brittle. For a little protein, take a bite out of the Brunch Burger, which features a grilled custom burger blend served with American cheese, one egg, roasted green chile, lettuce, and paprika aïoli on a toasted Amish bun. If eggs are more your style, then the Crab and Potato Cake Benedict or the Egg White Frittata Bake are for you. The Crab and Potato Cake Benedict comes with sautéed spinach, soft poached eggs, chipotle hollandaise, and fresh fruit. And the Egg White Frittata Bake features hen of the woods mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, roasted peppers and onions, smoked salmon, goat cheese sour cream, avocado, and confit potatoes.

Other entrées include Potato Flautas and Lamplight Chilaquiles. The Potato Flautas are made with plant-based chorizo, vegan piquillo crema, serrano-tomatillo salsa, arugula salad, and escabèche. The Lamplight Chilaquiles feature house-made tortilla chips with cheddar-jack cheese, two eggs, queso fresco, red onions, cilantro-serrano sour cream, and sliced avocado, topped with a 3-chile red sauce and pepitas. 

Also try the New York Avocado Toast with sourdough, avocado mash, New York Steak, one egg, piquillo-butter sauce, arugula salad, pickled red onions, and confit potatoes.

And we can’t forget the kiddos! On the Budding Artists menu, kids can choose from a Brunch Quesadilla or an Omelet (both served with egg whites and cheddar-jack cheese), a smaller portion of the Indulgent French Toast, or a Mini Brunch Burger.

For the adults, hand-crafted specialty beverages include options such as the Beermosa with blood orange IPA and fresh orange juice and a Cinnamon Toast Cocktail with vanilla vodka, hazelnut and cream liqueurs, and cinnamon cereal-infused milk. For a savory beverage, the Morning Glory comes with vodka, spicy Bloody Mary mix, dill pickle brine, and a dash of celery bitters. Of course, what brunch would be complete without MIMOSAS? Try a variety of seasonal flavors with the Mimosa Flight, featuring classic orange juice mimosas as well as versions with mango, watermelon, and more!

Lamplight Lounge Brunch occurs on Saturdays and Sundays only from park open to noon in the downstairs dining room.

Lamplight Lounge at DCA

Lamplight Lounge is the hot new spot coming to Disney California Adventure® Park! Located at the entrance of Pixar Pier, the Lounge will be a stylish, fun place to hang out with the whole family, serving up playfully presented California casual gastro-pub cuisine and unique signature cocktails.

Here is a sneak peek at some of the delicious items that will be available when Pixar Pier opens on June 23, 2018.

Starting with “Shorts” to Share: the Potato Skins will make for the perfect crunchy snack to start off a meal, made with crispy Yukon gold potatoes, these skins come with brown butter-caper yogurt, smoked paprika aïoli, and Manchego cheese.  For sushi lovers, there is the Carne Asada Roll with New York grilled strip steak, roasted Fresno chili salsa, escabeche, and crema.

On the Bigger Bites menu, a vegetarian entrée will take the “lamplight” – the Spinach Salad! This salad consists of curly spinach with warm wild mushrooms, a soft poached egg, charred onion vinaigrette, shiitake “bacon,” and blue cheese toast.  Another featured entrée will be the Chicken Sandwich. This savory, spicy sandwich comes with crispy chicken with spicy chili glaze, vinegar slaw, and pineapple butter and served on an Amish bun alongside malted fries.

On the kids menu, “Budding Artists” will love the PB&J Roll! A fun twist on a traditional peanut butter and jelly sandwich, this creamy peanut butter and whole wheat “roll” comes drizzled with strawberry jelly. It’s also served with fresh fruit and a flower pot of hummus and veggies.

Lamplight Lounge and Pixar Pier are set to officially open June 23, 2018 at Disney California Adventure Park. This expansive reimagining will transform the shores of Paradise Bay with favorite Pixar stories. Other exciting food and beverage locations coming to Pixar Pier include Poultry Palace, Señor Buzz Churros, Angry Dogs, and the recently-opened Adorable Snowman Frosted Treats.

Lamplight Lounge at Disney California Adventure

When Pixar Pier opens June 23, 2018 at Disney California Adventure® Park, Guests will discover a new hot spot - Lamplight Lounge.  This seaside lounge will be an elegant yet fun gathering place for the whole family, located at the entrance of Pixar Pier. And it will still serve the Guest-favorite Lobster Nachos!

Lamplight Lounge will serve California casual gastro-pub cuisine that is playfully presented along with unique signature cocktails. This seaside lounge contains a full bar with picturesque waterfront views from both upstairs and downstairs. At night, outdoor seating provides views of the illuminated Pixar Pier and “World of Color.”

Renovated from an old warehouse factory, the location has kept many features of the original two-story building. The steel structural elements as well as concrete and brick walls were exposed and repaired to tell the story of its past. The original wood boards from the factory were refinished and given new life as ceiling panels and floors. The furniture style echoes a relaxed feel and the end result is an open, airy and bright place that is organic yet sophisticated.

Lamplight Lounge celebrates the creativity, inspirations and personalities of the artists and storytellers who have brought Pixar stories to life. Discover the artistic marks that the Pixar “regulars” have left throughout the lounge: concept art, a quick sketch on a napkin, knick-knacks and collectable toys of beloved Pixar characters will adorn the space.

Come discover the treasured keepsakes and tastes of Lamplight Lounge when it opens along with Pixar Pier on June 23, 2018. Guests wishing to visit the Cove Bar one more time are welcome to stop by as it reopens briefly beginning March 16, 2018 before closing again at the end of May for its permanent transformation.
