New Holiday Fireworks Show Coming to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Walt Disney World Resort

This holiday season, the skies above Magic Kingdom® Park will sparkle to life like never before during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party with the debut of an all-new fireworks show that can be enjoyed across the park!  

Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks show, hosted by the one-and-only Minnie Mouse, will celebrate the magic of Christmas with medleys of beloved holiday songs, from “Joy to the World” and “Deck the Halls” to “Up on the House Top” and “We Wish You A Merry Christmas.”  The holiday music will evoke heartfelt moments of home and family, as well as the festive fun of the season before an incredible finale you won’t want to miss.

You will be able to see the fireworks show during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party on select nights November 8 - December 22, 2019.   And if you're looking for an extra magical way to celebrate the brand new show in its first year, our fireworks dessert parties are the perfect option! Add on this experience to enjoy treats, including chocolate-dipped strawberries, cupcakes, ice cream, seasonal fruits, cheeses and other festive favorites while taking advantage of dedicated, dazzling views of the show.

Along with our new show, each of this year’s 23 nights of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will feature performances of Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas and Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration stage show.  And during A Frozen Holiday Wish stage show, Queen Elsa will magically transform Cinderella Castle with glistening ice.

Tony’s Most Merriest Town Square Party!

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is a festive and joyous experience for Guests of all ages, and there is a new way to make it even more magical –Tony’s Most Merriest Town Square Party!

At this new and special experience beginning at 9:30 p.m., you can pop in and out at your leisure and indulge in savory hors d’oeuvres including a selection of artisanal meats and cheeses as well as Tony’s famous meatballs, mini hand-tossed pizzas, boursin-stuffed artichoke and more! And to satisfy that sweet tooth, there are pumpkin tartlets, Yule Logs, cannoli, Christmas cookies, and red velvet cupcakes.

To go along with this festive array of dishes, raise a glass to the spirit of the season with a selection of complementary beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. While you eat, enjoy a holiday atmosphere and views of Town Square and Main Street, U.S.A

The party doesn’t stop there! At 11:00 p.m., your will have access to a special reserved viewing area for the truly enchanting Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade as it makes its way down Main Street, U.S.A. The festive procession includes dancing gingerbread men, marching toy soldiers and beloved Disney characters in their holiday finery. Tony’s Most Merriest Town Square Party continues until 12:30 a.m., longer than Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party!

Tony’s Most Merriest Town Square Party is available for $99 per person (plus tax) every Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party event night at Magic Kingdom® Park.  Admission to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is an additional requirement to attend.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom Park

Are your planning to visit Walt Disney World® Resort for the holidays? Or are you wanting to visit Walt Disney World Resort for the holidays (there is still plenty of time to plan your trip!)? Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom® Park is an absolute must-do event during the holiday season. This in-park party celebrates the season with lovely decor, glittering holiday lights, special photo opportunities, snow on Main Street, U.S.A., and entertainment you have to see to believe!

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, which requires a special ticket to attend, will be held on the following nights: 

• November 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, 25, 27 and 29; and 
• December 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 21, 2018. 

Party fun takes place from 7 p.m.-midnight, although party ticket holders may enter the park as early as 4 p.m. to enjoy regular park offerings!

The must-see offering, “A Frozen Holiday Wish,” kicks off the fun each night at dusk. Guests arriving early for the party can watch as royal sisters Anna and Elsa lead a celebration for their friends on the Castle Forecourt Stage that culminates in Queen Elsa using her incredible powers to transform Cinderella Castle into a shimmering ice palace for the holidays.

The “Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration” stage show brings in Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy and Pluto, and many others who drop by on Mickey’s party dressed in their Christmas best, ready to ring in the season with holidays with carols, old and new. 

Another can’t-miss moment is the “Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade.” This enchanting holiday procession features marching toy soldiers, dancing gingerbread men, Disney characters, Santa Claus and more! 

The highlight of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party night is “Holiday Wishes Fireworks– Celebrate the Spirit of the Season,” a special fireworks show set to holiday tunes that light up the sky above Magic Kingdom Park.

Celebrate the Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort

The holiday season returns to the Walt Disney World® Resort on November 9, 2017 with must-see new magic and beloved traditions. This year, Holidays Around the World is transforming into the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays. Starting earlier than ever on November 19, 2017.  The festival includes fifteen Holiday Marketplaces, a new scavenger hunt, fresh and returning entertainment celebrating the holidays of cultures across the globe and more. The beloved Candlelight Processional returns again this year November 24 – December 30, 2017 with new narrators like Matthew Bomer, CCH Pounder and Pat Sajak. Holiday Dessert Parties at Walt Disney World

Whether you are heading to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this fall or Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party this winter, make the evening even more magical with these delicious additions.

At Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Dessert Party, you can raise a glass for a ghostly toast of sparkling cider while indulging in Halloween-themed eats, including chocolate-dipped strawberries, chocolate mousse, cupcakes, ice cream, seasonal fruits, cheeses and other ghoulish goodies created by a master pastry chef. Specialty drinks, signature lemonades, coffee, tea and hot chocolate will also be served. Top off this delectable event with boo-tiful views of the Happy HalloWishes Fireworks Spectacular over Cinderella Castle for a fright fest of color, music and light you’ll never forget! Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Dessert Party takes place select nights Aug. 29 – Nov. 1, 2017.

If you plan to attend Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, the Wishes Fireworks Holiday Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace will take place before the fireworks. Your table will be decked with boughs of holly and guests will discover a host of holiday-themed cupcakes and desserts prepared by a Disney pastry chef, along with a bountiful buffet of sweet treats – like chocolate dipped strawberries, chocolate mousse, ice cream, cheeses and fresh, seasonal fruits.
